Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 heaping cup of pumpkin1/2 c canola oil3/4 c white sugar3/4 c brown sugar1/3 c water2 eggs1-3/4 c flour3/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spary. Mix pumkin, oil, sugars, eggs and water together in a large bowl. Sift remaining ingredients together in a seperate bowl and fold into the pumpkin mixture. Bake for 1 hou. Cool slightly before removing from pan.

Yield: 10-12 slices
