Ingredients
1 Tilapia Filet, 3 tsp Ginger root, 1/4 tsp Pepper, 1 tspBrown Sugar, 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 clove Garlic, 1 tsp Olive Oil.
Directions
Grate Ginger and garlic and combine all ingredients and then spread over fish. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
