1 (4 pound) pork loin roast4 teaspoon caraway seeds2 tsp garlic powder2 tblsp brown sugar1 cup diced white onionI jar sauerkraut, with liquid
In the bottom of your slow cooker dish, dump in half of the sauerkraut. Sprinkle with half your caraway seeds, half your garlic powder, half your brown sugar, and half of your onion. Place roast on top. Pour remaining sauerkraut, as well as remaining seasonings and onion. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 hours. Serve with rice or potatoes.
