Beef Stoup w/ veggies

Ingredients
1.5 lbs extra lean beef sirloin tips1/2 onion, diced1.5 cups shredded cabbage1 can of Del Monte diced tomatoes, garlic & onion.75 cups of grated carrots2 tbsp olive oil3 pats of buttersea saltgarlic & herb seasoningchili powdergarlic powder
Directions
In a large skiller heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the beef tips and carefully place in hot skillet. Cook until done...not bloody
add the 3 pat of butter, let it melt.
Add diced onion, cabbage and carrots. Cook until tender.
Last add the diced tomatoes.
Heat through

Hot and good on cold days!!
