Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup old fashioned quaker oats2 tsp baking powder2 cups fat free milk1 egg1 large Banana 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
Directions
in bowl add flour, oats and baking power
set aside

pulse milk, egg, blueberries, and banana in blender and blend till mixed thoroughly and fruit is not chunky.

add wet ingredients to dry and stir til well mixed

Heat skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Pour pancake batter by 1/4-cup portions onto heated griddle.

makes about 8-10 pancakes 4 inch diameter.
