Ingredients
For each serving:1 cup fresh spinach1/4 cup green apples, chopped1 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded1/2 oz chopped walnuts
Directions
Simply arrange the spinach on a salad plate and top with the chopped apples, chopped walnuts, and cheese. This goes great with Maple Cider Dressing.
