Slow Cooker Italian Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cookYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yieldsStewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cupTomato Sauce, .5 cupSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 5 cupBaby Carrots, raw, 150 gramsPasta, cooked, 16 ozTabasco Sauce, .25 tspItalian Seasoning, 1 tsp.Worchestershire Sauce, .5 tsp.Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cup
Directions
Put everything but the seasonings into the slow cooker, simmer for 3 hours on high or all day on low. Add the spices about half an hour before serving to taste.

You could serve it with italian bread for dipping.
