1 pack mccormick stroganoff seasoning (if you buy another brand check to make sure it doesn't include beef stock in the seasoning)4 oz no yolk egg noodles1 cup low fat sour cream1 tbsp EVOO1.5 serving soy crumbles
Boil noodles. Cook soy crumbles. Add seasoning, water, stir, simmer 5-10 minutes until thick and then add sour cream. Garnish with an extra dollop of sour cream and cooked mushrooms, if desired. and enjoy!
