Pasta with Brussell Sprouts, Edamame, and Bacon

Brussels sprouts, fresh, 1 cup Bacon, 3 medium slices*Edamame, Shelled, Frozen, .75 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 3 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbspwhole wheat penne, 4 oz.
Bring water up to a boil and cook pasta to al dente. In a microwave, cook bacon until crispy. Crumble. Halve brussel sprouts and remove the ends. In 1 tbsp of olive oil, saute brussel sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Add edamame; cook for another 8-10 minutes, until brussel sprouts and edamame are slightly beginning to brown. Add drained pasta to pan and toss. Transfer to serving bowl. Add parmesan, remaining tbsp. of olive oil, bacon crumbles, and bread crumbs. Toss well and serve.
