    Good low carb, high energy snack. I used quick oats. The nutrition info is based on using 1 tbsp honey, and that's what I did. They were not sweet at all, but tasty and filling. I had a bowl of water to dip my hands in while forming the balls, which helped. I also rolled them in wheat germ. - 11/11/08
