3 cups water1 lb. lean ground beef1 large onion (chopped)1 large can whole tomatoes (chopped)1or 2 large cans of mixed vegetables (drained)1 can of tomato soup (not diluted)option add 1can of green chilies
Large pot add water, ground beef, and onion. Crumble hamburger in water. Cook on medium heat until hamburger is done. Add tomatoes,drained mixed vegetables and tomato soup. ( Save the water from the mixed vegetable to add if you need more liquid.) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.Makes about 12 1-cup servings.
