Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients
1/4 cup Lite Soy Sauce3 tbsp honey2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar2 tsp Garlic Powder2 tsp Ground Ginger1/2 cup Sesame Oil1/4 cup olive oil16 oz Flank or round steak
Directions
Mix together all ingredients except steak. Chop steak into 3 or 4 oz (about the size of a deck of cards) pieces and add to the marinade. Marinade at least 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Grill on high heat just until done and enjoy!
