Vegie Sausage and Spinach Frittata

Ingredients
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)*Spinach, cooked, 3 cup (remove)Feta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled (remove)Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .25 cup, shredded (remove)*Gimme Lean Sausage Style, 16 oz (remove)
Directions
1. Saute onion, sausage, spinach
2. Add in butter and pinch of garlic salt
3. Mix eggs and all cheeses
4. Combine in pan with me meats and stir

Bake on 350 for 30 minutes
