8 cups white flour2 cups Rogers Golden Syrup1 cup granulated sugar, 3/4 cup Soft Margarine 2 Omega 3 egg1/2 cup Milk, 1%1 Tbsp Baking Soda1 Tbsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cloves, ground,1 tsp Allspice, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground1 tsp Anise Seed, ground 1 tsp Cardimone, ground
Melt margarine, mix in syrup, sugar, egg, milk and spices. Mix until well blended. Add baking powder and soda with flour. Mix in small amount at a time. Place in bowl and let sit in fridge for 24 hrs. to blend spices. Take small amount of dough and roll into rope about size of thumb. Cut into bite size pieces, place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350. Bake until bottoms are browned. Makes about 600 bite sized cookies.
