Baked Ziti

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic - chopped1 onion - chopped1 T EVOO1 pound 93% lean ground beefitalian seasoning1 large can diced tomatoes1 sm can tomato paste2 cups fat free ricotta cheese1 cup fat free mozarella cheese1 box cooked ziti - al dente
Directions
sautee garlic and onion in EVOO for a couple minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and italian seasoning - heat to a simmer. STir in Ricotta cheese and mix well. STir in cooked ziti. Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick spray and turn half of pasta mixture into casserole. Sprinkle half the fat free mozzarella on top and turn the rest of the pasta mixture into casserole. Cover with remaining mozarella. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
