1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers1 tbsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powderoregano 1/8 tsp1 large egg whiteOlive oil 1/2 tbspCod 7.5 oz
Directions
mix crushed crackers wth spices and parm
whisk egg white and 1 tbsp water
dip fish in egg wash then in breading.

heat oil oil in nonstick fry pan. fry fish until golden and flakes easily serves 2
