1 medium sized purple brinjal1 small onion finely chopped1 flake garlic ..finely chopped3tbsp cilantro leaves fresh fine chopped1 small green chilli deseeded and finely cut1 tbsp sesame seeds lightly toasted1 tbsp..walnut...coarsley chopped2 tbsp finely chopped tomatopinch of salt.
wash and steam the brinjal untill its soft.[or u could roast it on open fire slowly...the skin turns black and the brinjal softens...scrape off the skin]
mash the cooked brinjal and add in the rest of the ingredients...its ready to devour!
