Ingredients
Bell peppersMushroomsGarlicOnionsTomatoesCarrotsGreen beansOlive oil
Directions
Chop up all ingredients into bite size pieces. Add olive oil to frying pan. Once hot, add onions and garlic. Cook until slightly brown on edges. Add bell pepper slices, mushrooms, carrots and green beans. Pour 1/2 cup water over veggies. Cook until carrots are soft. Add tomatoes. Cook for another two minutes. Remove from heat.
