Mexican chicken with Salsa Chutnety

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts1 cup salsa1 cup green peppers1 small onion1 large tomato1 jalapeno pepper1 cup tasty or cheddar cheese
Directions
- Divide chicken in 2 thin slices
- Grill chicken first and set aside
- Spray non stick pan,
- Sautee the onion, green pepper, jalapenos adding in the tomatoes for the last 5 minutes
- Add Salsa and let simmer a further 2 min

Layer Salsa mix over chicken pieces and sprinkle with cheese

Serve over a bed of brown rice
