1 CUP WHOLE GRAIN ROTINI PASTA2 SLICES YELLOW ONION CUT IN HALF1 WHOLE GARLIC CLOVE FINELY GRATED1/2 JALEPENO PEPPER SEEDED1 TBS VEGETABLE SPREAD1/2 TBS SOY SAUCE
Directions
1.BRING ABOUT 4 CUPS WATER TO A ROLLING BOIL-ADD PASTA.
2.BOIL FOR 10 -11 MIN.OR UNTIL DESIRED TENDERNESS.DRAIN.
3.PLACE POT BACK ON STOVE TOP ON MED HEAT.
4.ADD VEGETABLE SPREAD,GARLIC,ONION,AND JALAPENO PEPPER.COOK FOR JUST A MINUTE.
5.ADD COOKED PASTA,AND SOY SAUCE.
