Clam chowder, low carb

Ingredients
butter, olive oil, garlic, onion, celery, carrot, turnip, vegetable stock, 1 cup clam juice, clams, salt and pepper, 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning.
Directions
Melt butter in large saucepan with the olive oil. Add garlic and onion and saute until softened, about 3 minutes. Add celery and cook another 2 minutes. Add stock, clam juice, carrots, turnips, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until turnips and carrots are soft, about 20 minutes. Stir in clams, heat for another 5 minutes.
