This was INCREDIBLE!!! Everyone was right, the oregano was a bit much, but with the little bit of extra honey and lemon, it was SO good!! I also sprinkled some basil on top, I think next time I'll do 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp basil. My 16 month old LOVED it. We'll be making this again, soon! - 1/13/10

I love this recipe! My husband and three year old love it! Instead of using lemon juice out of the bottle I used fresh lemons. I also used about 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons of honey.
*cooked chicken for 30 minutes.
I also made rice with this meal and poured some of the juices after baking onto the rice - 3/27/09

Made according to recipe EXCEPT I used some dried basil with the oregano as the pasta I was putting with had fresh basil. I though it was really good. Very fresh, I do feel that the nutrition line off way off, as it says 87 calories for the chicken and 3 oz of chicken is more than that, but good. - 5/1/16

Just made this for my husband and me, and we enjoyed it. I'm definitely a newbie at this whole cooking thing, so I was pleased when it turned out so well. One weird thing was that the juices kind of burned at the bottom of the pan, in the space that wasn't covered with chicken. Still moist though! - 4/30/10
