This was INCREDIBLE!!! Everyone was right, the oregano was a bit much, but with the little bit of extra honey and lemon, it was SO good!! I also sprinkled some basil on top, I think next time I'll do 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp basil. My 16 month old LOVED it. We'll be making this again, soon! - 1/13/10

I tried it but I didn't really like it. :( Ended up throwing it away because no one would it afterwards - 9/27/13

I love this recipe! My husband and three year old love it! Instead of using lemon juice out of the bottle I used fresh lemons. I also used about 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons of honey.
    *cooked chicken for 30 minutes.
I also made rice with this meal and poured some of the juices after baking onto the rice - 3/27/09

Excellent! The flavor was great. I actually used it as a marinade and then grilled my chicken. - 4/25/10

Very tasty. I used less oregano than called for, and more lemon. The only issue was that all the extra juices burnt to the pan where the chicken wasn't... didn't hurt the taste though! So, great flavor, not so great cleanup for me. - 9/20/11

It was tangy sweet--I think I like it. Also VERY easy for the novice cook; even though I thought I'd screwed it up, it still tasted pretty good. Thanks for an easy recipe! - 1/14/10

WE LOVED IT! I did add extra lemon juice and honey, reduced oregano and added basil. I purchase thin chicken breasts and this cooked up in a little less then 30 minutes. GREAT FLAVOR! - 4/7/21

Made according to recipe EXCEPT I used some dried basil with the oregano as the pasta I was putting with had fresh basil. I though it was really good. Very fresh, I do feel that the nutrition line off way off, as it says 87 calories for the chicken and 3 oz of chicken is more than that, but good. - 5/1/16

This was easy to make. I marinated the chicken for about an hour and then cooked them in the pan. It tasted good, but it was a little sweeter than I had anticipated. - 1/2/11

Delicious and couldn't be easier to make! Doesn't need much added salt, either. - 8/28/10

Just made this for my husband and me, and we enjoyed it. I'm definitely a newbie at this whole cooking thing, so I was pleased when it turned out so well. One weird thing was that the juices kind of burned at the bottom of the pan, in the space that wasn't covered with chicken. Still moist though! - 4/30/10

Very simple recipe that tastes great! At first, I wasn't sure how I felt about the combination of ingredients, but it really works! It was great over some brown rice! - 1/17/10

We made this today, the flavor was ok. I was hoping the honey would make it a little sweeter. We ended up dipping it in BBQ sauce. - 3/24/09
