1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce1/2 cup splenda (or any sucralose type sugar)2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
preheat oven to 350 and grease cookie sheet or place wax paper down. mix peanut butter, apple sauce, sugar, and vanilla together. in a seperate bowl lightly mix flour and baking soda. gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet and continue to fold until blended well. use a tablespoon (dip in flour if the dough is sticking) to drop dough on the baking sheets. bake for 12-15 minutes. cool and enjoy!
