Ingredients
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)3/4 cup Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)1/2 tsp Baking Soda2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1/2 cup Kashi GoLEAN Crunch cereal1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp Allspice1/2 cup Fruit and Nut Trail Mix1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend3 Egg whites1/4 cup Applesauce1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
In one bowl combine the first 7 ingredients.
In another bowl combine the rest. Mix together.

Set oven to 350 degrees.

Spoon batter onto parchment cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack before storing in airtight bag or container.

    Thanks for sharing this! I did increase the liquid a bit for the consistency. I modified for what I had on hand (eg: chopped up dried papaya and mixed nuts for trail mix) and they still came out great! - 12/30/08
