Potato, raw, 4 - 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Peel potatoes, cook them until they are fork tender or even break apart. drain. add milk and mash until potatoes look creamy. If you need to add more milk, do. You can add salt, pepper, rosemary, or any other spices you like.
If you think it needs butter, add later. This will reduce fat content. You could even use spray butter to give it that flavor.
