Sugar Free Cranberry Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 cup Splenda1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda3/4 cup orange juice2 Tbsp applesauce1/4 cup Egg Starts, Kirkland brand1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour a 9X5 loaf pan.

Mix flour, Splenda, baking powder, salt & baking soda in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in orange juice and egg. Mix until well blended. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread evenly in loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
