Low Fat Beef Lasagna

Ingredients
10oz lasagna noddles, whole wheat, (12)24oz cottage cheese, fat-free48oz spaghetti sauce2cups fat-free mozzarella cheese1cup egg substitute3/4tsp Oregano1/2tsp Marjoram1tsp Thyme1/4tsp Rosemary1/4tsp Sage1/2tsp Marjoram1lbs. beef, ground, extra lean 96/4
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 375°F.
2)Fry and break up ground beef--rinse well.
3) Boil lasagna noddles in a large pot until tender.
4) Mix the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg substitute and seasoning together in medium sized bowl.
5) Alternate layering sauce, noddles, cheese mixture and ground beef starting with the sauce.
6) Bake for one hour at 375.
