Family Size Box of Zataran's Jambalaya Rice3 3/4 Cup Water28 oz can of diced tomatoes1 onion1 bell pepper2 jalapenos1 bag (1lb) frozen & chopped okra1 lb. cooked, shelled, deveined baby shrimp1 sausage link1 chicken breast
Cook chicken and sausage. Wash and chop the onion, bell pepper, and jalapenos. Thaw okra and shrimp if necessary. Put Zatarans in large pot with the rest of the ingrediants. Stir. Heat on Med-Med High until water is boiling, stirring occasionally to mix. After boiling, reduce heat and let simmer covered for 25-30 minutes or until water is mostly gone. Let sit 5 additional minutes uncovered. Serve and enjoy!
