Directions
Rub Portabellas with salt. On the grill or in the skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium high heat. Brown onions and portabellas on both sides. Spread portabellas with colby jack cheese and honey mustard. Place on toasted bread and enjoy.

    love the onion addition...and on the 100 calorie sandwich thins, this is the best...I used the George Forman Grill and applied the Olive oil to the mushroom. Didn't need the cheese. Very filling and tasty - 7/19/10

    This was WONDERFUL - my wife even loved it, and she doesn't usually eat mushrooms. Make it with sweet vidalia onions (if you can get them), and it's amazing. We modified and used no-fat honey mustard, and white-wheat bread to lower the fat grams a little - 7/13/07
