Do I bake the potatoes first? Or peal them then bake them? - 12/9/08

You bake them in the skin. When I peel the baked potatoes for the dish I usually leave a little of the skin but not everyone likes the skin.

fat free half and half is half and half with the fat removed. It is available in the dairy case at most supermarkets.

Doesn't it seem like this would be a very high calorie with the butter in it? - 12/15/08

I don't consider 13.6 grams of fat to be excessive when part of a balanced meal. This dish tastes great and is very satisfying.
