I made this for dinner tonight. I pushed the rice to the side of the pan and cooked up 2 eggs on the other side until they were scrambled. I mixed it in with the rice - just like stir fry. Yummy! - 1/14/10

My husband hates brown rice, but he loved this recipe. I cooked the rice in the rice cooker, then followed the rest of the reciped as printed. The rice was moist and tender, not at all chewy! - 7/20/10

Whoops! Commented earlier on the WRONG recipe (that comment was for the cheesy spaghetti squash- also good)!

This recipe was GREAT! I am getting over a cold & it is the first dish I have been able to TASTE in days. Loved it! I'll make it again and again. And so easy! - 3/29/10

I changed this for a picnic by using vinegar and oil, adding, corn, black beans, tomatoes, and parsley. I deleted margarine. Still used rice and onions but deleted boullion because of salt free diet. It was great but I like the other too! - 8/1/09

Super easy, my kids loved this. I'd probably increase the garlic next time, but that could just be personal preference. - 5/19/09
