Tigerlily's Brown Confetti Rice

1 cup Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Brown Rice1 tablespoon Smart Balance Buttery Spread1 cup chopped onion1 cup frozen peas1 teaspoon [or one clove] chopped garlic1 teaspoon Knorr Chicken Bouillon
Prepare the rice per package directions, adding the bouillon to the water prior to adding the rice.
Meanwhile...In a skillet, over medium low heat, melt the Smart Balance Buttery Spread; add the onion and garlic and cook over medium low heat until translucent. You do NOT want the onion and garlic to be BROWNED.
Add the frozen peas, stir, and cover skillet until tender [about ten minutes].
When rice is done, add to the veggie mixture in the skillet and serve.
Makes six side item sized servings.
