Ingredients
Flour - 1 3/4 cRapid Rise yeast 2 pkgSaltSugarOlive OilWarm water 80 - 100 degrees (for rising yeast)Tomato sauceMonterey Jack or mozzarellapepperoni or your choice of topping chicken?cheddar, sharp
Directions
This is an easy thing to just whip together.

Throw the first 6 ingredients together, knead, let sit in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for 45 minutes to an hour.

Punch and flatten, throw on a pizza sheet with some cornmeal or lots of flour so pizza doesn't stick,

Put on tomato sauce, cheese and your choice of ingredients.

This should make 8 healthy servings, or 16 servings for kids. Should make a medium pizza.
