This freezes real well too, so you can make a few, just let it thaw in the fridge overnight, thanks for sharing!!! - 3/3/09

I can taste the low fat cream cheese, it's gummy, I think I'll stick with the real thing. - 12/22/17

This is a lot like a cheese ball I used to make but couldn't find the recipe! Thanks! I am pretty sure I used 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese, too. At least that is what I am planning on doing for this season! But I used the portions of the ingredients, since I couldn't find my old recipe. - 11/25/14

Toast the pecans before chopping and the nibbles will be all the more tasty! - 12/22/15

12/2017 It is harder to find ff cream cheese - only found in Walmart this year. This is probably a "maybe" cheeseball for us . Hubby and I liked it. This remains pretty soft - I would like a stronger blue cheese taste. I like the fresh veggies in it. Original recipe not very spicy at all. - 1/1/18

why ruin a great recipe with fat free cream cheese. Use the real stuff. Its less added garbage trying to make ff taste good. (with full fat cream cheese its a great recipe! - 12/25/17

I used lower fat cream cheese, light blue cheese and walnuts and it was a big hit with my Chat and Sew class. I used the corn chip crackers from Trader Joes and everyone wanted the recipe. - 12/22/15

SOUNDS GREAT PLAN TO FIX FOR THE HOLIDAYS. A LITTLE DIFFERENT THEN WHAT I HAVE MADE BEFORE. I MIGHT MAKE IN SMALL BALLS AND ADD TOOK PICK SO I CAN TAKE MORE THEN ONE PLACE. THANKS - 12/22/09

Yummy, but filling....I could only eat one although I wanted to eat like 10, lol. More for a party or brunch event, not so much for the family w/a meal. - 3/20/09
