Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls, Petitechef's

Ingredients
2 cups natural peanut butter2 cups confectioner's sugar1 cup crisp rice cereal1/2 cup cocoa powder2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup hot water
Directions
MIx all the dry ingredient together as well as you can with a large strong spoon. Add the hot water to the mixture, quickly moistening until the mixture comes together to form a ball. With a measuring spoon scoop a tablespoon size amount of the mixture and roll briefly into a ball. Toss 1/3 of balls in a different topping of choice, for example -confectioner's sugar, grated coconut , sprinkles... and arrange on a serving platter. Store at room temperature.
