Flounder (fish), 20 oz Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded Almonds, .75 cup, ground Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Water, tap, .10 cup (8 fl oz)
Brush fish fillets with oil. Beat egg together with water well. Dip fillets in egg mixture and then roll in combined coconut and almond mixture. Bake on prepared pan for 15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
