1 1/2 lbs ground beef3/4 c. bread crumbs3/4 c. tomato sauce1 tsp saltSauce: 1/2 c brown sugar splenda 1 TBSP worchestorshire sauce 1/2 tsp salt 2 TBSP vinegar 1 TBSP tarragon 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
Combine ground beef, 3/4 c. tomato sauce, salt and bread crumbs. Make into balls and bake at 15 or 20 minutes until brown.
Combine brown sugar splenda, worchestershire sauce, salt, vinegar, tarragon and remaining tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs to sauce and cool slow for 30 - 45 minutes.
