3 Cups Quick-cooking Oatmeal3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour2 tsps. Baking Soda1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract, .5 cups Wheat bran2 tsps. Salt1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener2 tbps. Pumpkin Pie spice1.5 cups Applesauce, unsweetened .5 cups Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky1 cup Raisins, packed.5 cup Egg white substitute, liquid
makes 24 bars
Preheat oven to 375.
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well. In separate bowl blend extract, egg whites, applesauce and peanut butter until smooth. Add raisins to dry mixture and stir to coat. Add liquids to dry indresients and mix until well moistened.
Lightly spray 2, 9X13 baking pans with non-stick spray. put half of mixture in each pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. let cool and cut each one into 12 pieces. Wrap in plastic wrap or place in airtight containers.
Can add almost anything for variety such as dried fruits, nuts or sugar free chocolate chips.
