Ingredients
Box of Fiber One Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix1/2 cup canned pumpkin1/2 cup skim milk2 egg whites1/3 cup applesauce1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice2 tsp Raw Sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients except sugar together and drop tablespoonfuls into muffin tin sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
