Roo's Low Fat, Low Carb Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 - 5 oz cans of tuna in water, drained well2 stalks of celery, minced4 Tbsp. minced onion1 cup nonfat cottage cheese8 Tbsp. mayonnaise3 tsp. yellow mustard2 tsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. dill seed
Directions
Stir all ingredients together, and chill for 1/2 hour at minimum.

Serve with crud-a-le or crackers, make a sammie, heat up on english muffin and top with cheese and bake---yummo!

    Something is wrong with the nutrient calculations for this recipe. Each serving would have two tablespoons of mayonnaise for a total of 22 Gms. of fat - most of it saturated and 198 fat calories. JUST from the mayonnaise; or perhaps it should read Fat-free mayonnaise. AuntRoo, which is wrong? - 4/8/13
