Ingredients
Flour, white, 2 cupGranulated Sugar, .75 cupButter, salted, .5 cupMilk, nonfat, 2 TBSAlmond Extract, 1 tsp (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Press into pan or roll into log then chill and slice cookies. Bake 375 for 20 minutes or until done.

    These were very easy to make. I melted my butter(only because it was frozen). It made the cookies very easy to handle. I Split the dough in half and added a 1/2 tsp cocoa powder to make a chocolate variety. Both were delicious. Thanks for sharing this recipe! - 1/30/10

    I made 1" balls with the dough chilled it for an hour then baked them at 35 for 15-20 mins til tan colored. You can poke a hole in the center with a wooden spoon and fill with
    your favorite jam. You could even drizzle a little glaze after their done. That would add extra calories. - 8/13/09
