Breakfast Caserole

12 slices of white bread (crusts removed)1/4 cup butter (melted)2 cups shredded swiss cheese1/2 cup mayonaise1 1/2 cups cooked crumbled bacon1/4 cup green onions, diced1/2 tsp dry mustard powder4 eggs2 cups milk1/8 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt
Grease 9x13pan. Tear 6 slices of bread with crust cut off and cut into cubes and layer over the bottom of the pan. Drizzle half of the melted butter over the bread. In a bowl mix cheese, mayo, bacon and onions. Then spread over the first layer of bread. Then take crust off of the bread and tear into pieces over the mixture then drizzle with butter. In another bowl mix eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for one hour.
