German Pancakes

2 tbsp. butter6 eggs1 c. flour1 c. skim milk
Place butter in a 9x13 pan to melt in the oven while the oven is preheating to 400. Meanwhile, mix eggs, flour and milk in a bowl. Batter will be a little lumpy. Pour egg mixture into the hot pan with melted butter and place back in the oven to cook 15 mins until pancake starts rising on the sides of the pan. Serve with German Pancake Syrup.
