Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Protein

1/2 cup plain instant oatmeal1/2 a medium apple1 tbsp vanilla whey powder1 tsp unflavored fiber mix, like Fibersure1 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Remove the core from the apple and cut into small bit sized chunks. Put in microwave safe bowl.
2. Add oatmeal, vanilla whey powder, fiber mix, and cinnamon to the bowl.
3. Add water to desired consistency and mix together.
4. Microwave as directed by package until cooked through.
* if you add any sweetener, just make sure to track it. Enjoy!
