Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 medium onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 clove garlic2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (very spicy)Chili powder to taste1 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes2 cups chopped turkey (I used leftovers)2 cups water1 can red kidney beans (540 ml/19 oz.)1 can black beans (540 ml/19 oz.)
Directions
Add olive oil, onion, green pepper, garlic, chili garlic sauce, chili powder and turkey to large pot and cook until onions and green pepper soft. Add turkey and brown. Add kidney and black beans and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 1/2 hour - 1 hour. Makes 6 servings (approx. 1 cup each).
