Citrus Salmon

Ingredients
4 pieces salmon2 TBSP olive oil2 tsp Mrs. Dash table blend1 TBSP pepper1/2 cup scallions3 cloves (or 1 TBSP garlic)1/2 orange, juiced (discard the rind/pulp)1 "shot" of white wine
Directions
Makes 4 servings (i serve with rice and veggies)
Season the fish, and mix all ingredients together in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min, or until fish is flaky and fork tender!!! Enjoy the smell in your kitchen.
