Stir fry green beans

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch peices1 1/2 tsp sesame oil1 1/2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce1 tsp sugar
Directions
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a skillet or wok. Add the green beans and stir fry for 3 minutes for al dente, or longer for desired crispiness. Add soy sauce and stir fry 1 minute. Add sugar and stir fry 30 seconds. Makes 4 servings.

    I have made this with chopped garlic added to oil 1st
    Left out the sugar
    Pre cooked the beans in the microwave for 1-2 minutes before adding to the sauce...stir fried and served.
