Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla1/2 cup chopped tomato1/2 cup saute'd mushroom1/4 cup scallion, diced1/2 cup ham extra lean [5% fat]1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Saute' mushrooms, ham and scallions.
Mix in bowl with cubed cheese.
Place on one half of tortilla fold over, cook each side till toasty brown. About 4 minutes. Top with tomatoes
