Ingredients
1 Apple (I like Granny Smith)1/2 c. Seedless Grapes1/2 cup Non-fat Plain YogurtCinnamon to tasteSplenda to taste
Directions
Mix the yogurt, cinnamon and Splenda in a bowl. Next, dice the apple into small pieces. Finally, toss the apple pieces and the grapes with the yogurt.
