Shannon's Gluten Free Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can deboned Pink salmon(drained)1/2 cup egg substitute1 tablespoon betty crocker potato budsGarlic & Pepper Salt (to taste)***I used Hy-vee brand which has the same calories as Chicken of the Sea. I noticed in the database that the bumble bee skinless canned salmon only has 50 calories per serving so if you can find that it will cut the per serving calories down to 126 per pattie.
Directions
Drain salmon and place in bowl. Add egg substitute and mix together. Add potato buds and seasoning. Form into patties and cook in a medium heat skillet sprayed with canola oil spray, until each side is golden brown.
I apologize for not timing how long on each side. I will try to do that the next time I make them.
