Halibut with orange juice sauce

Ingredients
4- 3 oz. Halibut fillets1 cup orange juicecorn starchlemon pepper4 c.wild rice cooked
Directions
boil wild rice in pan till tender

take 1 cup orange juice and thicken with corn starch or flour set aside.

pooch or pan fry halibut fillets till tender and flaky
put 1 cup of rice on plate , place halibut fillet on rice and pour thickened orange juice over halibut and rice.
serve with a vegetable and you have a delicious meal .
